Samsung, the South Korean tech giant, is rumored to be operating on a game-centric handset. The game-centric handsets are not new, Sony Ericsson rolled out Xperia Play in 2003 before Nokia rolled out its N-Gaze gaming handset. In late last year, Razer rolled out its gaming handset dubbed as Razer phone and other handset manufacturers such as Asus and Xiaomi followed the same suit.
Now, it appears that Samsung is aiming to join the group with its gaming handset. The latest rumor arrives from a tipster dubbed as @MMDDJ. In a post on Tweeter, he states that the firm is operating on a handset that is particularly developed for gaming. On the other hand, he did not disclose any other key specs of the supposed upcoming handset from the company. We can anticipate the firm to equip the high refresh rate screen just similar to other gaming handsets obtainable in the market. Believing the previous record of the tipster, the rumors might be factual.
The latest rumor also hints that the forthcoming SPen will have the Bluetooth feature and other special functions associated to the gaming. We can predict that the firm might add a SPen-akin stylus in its forthcoming gaming handset with extra features.
On a similar note, Samsung is all ready to roll out its Galaxy Note 9 handset scheduled for August 9, 2018, at Unpacked Event in New York. The handset is claimed to be fueled by either Snapdragon 845SoC or firm’s own Exynos 9810SoC paired with 512 GB of internal memory and 6 GB RAM.
Speaking of the camera, the forthcoming Note handset is claimed to come with a dual camera module at the rear side analogous to the Galaxy S9 Plus. It will have an 8 MP front camera. The Galaxy Note 9 is also anticipated to have IP68 dust & water resistance rating and IRIS scanner.
